Welcome to UCSB Experimental Cosmology Group. We are an Experimental Astophysics Group that is primarily focused on studies of the early universe. We are actively involved in a number of experiments such as Planck, COFE, B Machine, ARCADE, TOSS etc.

Ever looked up at the night sky, wondering how things are the way they are? How the planets formed, how the stars formed? How the universe began? We do too! And that's what we do! We work to find out how this universe began, how time began how our universe works the way it works...

Welcome to the Experimental Cosmology at UCSB! We hope you enjoy here. Please leave us comments and feedback too!

We are interested on a variety of research areas ranging from the cosmic microwave background emission, and the early universe (CoFE Project) to mapping the microwave sky (B- Machine). We also host the ToSS project, (Transient Optical Sky Survey). We are also involved in a an active education and outreach program, and we hosted more than 400 such events last year.

Thanks again, for visiting us. We welcome you!
